My mother loves it as a slantboard.
Though it is wider than many it is still a little too narrow a board for passive-traction use. May be fine for active sit-ups and by the way the picture's "slant" is obviously exagerrated!

Great Mat
I have loved this mat for its support and light weight. The only thing that would make it the best is a cloth tote bag which I made in just a couple of hours.

Nice mat!
This mat is full 2" thick and firm just right for exercise or sleeping. The quality could be better: one of the zippers came off the next day and it does have a bit strong smell. But overall it is perfect size and firmness not heavy easy to store good price at Amazon plus free shipping! It is a nice mat!

Not necessary to do sit-ups
I bought this bar because I saw a review that said that you could use it as a pull-up bar as well...that was not the case. The clamp is sturdy but the piece that extends to the footrests is not. Also you don't need to buy something special to do situps. Just put your feet under a couch if you need the support - for free! I returned it the day I got it.

Good overall product
The only issue I have is that it came with no directions so it took a little bit to get it up. But after I installed it its been great. Super steady and never spins.

Wish I'd been able to try them first...
The Good:
* I couldn't find these in bricks-and-mortar stores at all and it was a relief to purchase them affordably through a vendor I trust.
* The 1-lb weight inserts make it easy to adjust the weight with the cuff on or off.
* I have been using them for about two weeks and the effect on my workout - and my legs - is tremendous.
The Bad:
* The cuffs are "adjustable" with two LONG velcro straps that wrap all the way around the ankle. No matter how carefully I wrap them I just can't get them as tight as I'd like. Straps which wrap double back through D-rings would have been much more useful.
* The cuffs tend to ride down and dig into the tops of my feet. Cushioned by gel or not I can't exactly call that "comfortable." I'm not sure whether this is specific to this brand or typical of ankle weight cuffs.
Overall:
I do wish I'd been able to try these and some other brands before I purchased them. However I'm delighted to have found them and with the results I'm seeing.

Serves its purpose
As with most assembly-required products the instructions were poor. But since this is a pretty simple equipment you can fill in the gaps in instruction by using your common sense. It still took about 45 minutes to put together. The equipment itself is not fancy in looks or feel (normally you get what you pay for and this is a relatively inexpensive piece of equipment) but it serves its purpose in working your abs pretty well while alleviating stress to your neck as you do your crunches. I'm happy with it.

A good choice but larger than most medicine balls
Although I was surprised at how big this medicine ball is - at 11" in diameter it's larger than a basketball - I'm still very happy with it. It seems well made with a lightly textured surface that's easy to hang on to without being too abrasive. Part of what makes a medicine ball such an effective exercise tool is the effort it takes to hang on to it and manipulate the bulk of the thing and the larger size of this ball requires a nice level of exertion to move it around and control it.
When I bought this TKO 12-pound ball I also ordered a Valeo 8-pound ball which has some distinct differences. The Valeo was much smaller at 8.5" in diameter and the texturing is much deeper making it easier to grip. I checked the specs on a 12-pound Valeo ball and it's only 9.5" in diameter. I couldn't find any specs on the TKO and frankly I had expected it to be about the same size as the Valeo so when it arrived I was worried that I wouldn't enjoy working with such a large medicine ball.
But as I state in my review of the Valeo ball I ended up being glad that I got this combination. The larger size of the TKO makes it harder to handle - which is a good thing because it makes it more of a workout to manipulate it. For exercises like the squat press or medicine-ball curl I prefer the larger size of the TKO ball while for exercises more focused on range-of-motion the smaller Valeo ball is a great tool. All in all I'm glad I ended up with the combination of one smaller lighter medicine ball and one bulkier heavier medicine ball. If you're considering a pair of these this might be an option to explore. They both seem equally well made despite their differences.
If you're just looking for a smaller easy-to-handle ball go with the Valeo. But if you're looking for the old-school bulk and feel of a big heavy medicine ball the TKO is an excellent choice.

Good buy durable and adjustable weights.
These TKO wrist weights can be adjusted at 1/4 lb increments and they don't scatter little metal granules like the Bell wrist weights that I used to use. You might consider wearing a thick old sock under them at the wrist...[cut out the toe] to prevent chafing... since the terry cloth lining is good but not at the harder edges.
One other reviewer commented that the weights came flying out when punching. I found that happened also. To avoid that happening I put the bands on my wrists so that the pockets faced in toward my elbows rather than out toward my fists. The weights when punching are pushed into the bottom of the slots rather than toward the velcro flaps holding them into the slots.
I'm still using them in 2010.

Great for doing Push-ups
Like other reviewers said these are made of plastic. However that said it's high quality thick plastic and they never feel weak at all. I weigh more than the two reviewers before me (230lbs or so) but they still feel completely solid so that shouldn't be any issue at all.
I like these bars for a couple of reasons. One you can lower your body below your hands providing a workout for different muscles. Second it's a lot easier to put your hand around a nicely padded bar then flat on the floor so this makes the whole setup easier.
They also break down so you can store them in smaller areas or even travel with them. You wouldn't think it makes much of a difference but it does well worth the money.

The Best Vest
There are many on the market but very few are full upper body vests nor do they have the big velcro straps across the front. The velcro straps help remind you to use perfect body mechanics when working out (so ya don't blow your back out) offer great support and adjust to any size. A very secure vest once it is in place it is not going anywhere. I use mine with my hour long cardio training personal training sessions and workout videos. Not for a beginner but an excellent investment for someone looking for alternatives for plateau busters.

Sexy silver!
I love this ball I don't even mind if I leave it out at my home. It has a bit of sparkly in it. Totally different texture than my old ball. The "Anti Burst" feature sold me as after 4 years w/ my old call it bursted on me during a "Pilates on the Ball Session" luckily I wasn't hurt. (If I had been turned the other direction I could have smacked my head on the coffee table on the way down.)
So I went online and found this beauty to replace it. Love the foot pump too felt like it inflated faster than my old hand pump.

Not too large for a 5'4" person
I got this ball to use as a chair to bounce my baby while I am holding him and at the computer desk. I think it is excellent and has helped with better posture without any thought. I also end up doing some excerises on it just because it is there. It does not have the ultra shiny surface as is noted in the picture. Also it is a pretty standard size I believe and is not too tall for me. I can sit comfortably with my knees at 90 degrees and I am 5'4". As for the reviewers that are not impressed with the pump: well I don't care. I don't plan on deflating and inflating this thing again and again.
